Well, my opinion, amnesty for Illegals is an attempt by President Obama and the Democrats to permanently steal our country from us. Think of it, make them legal,give them rights, social security, (yours, they haven't put in a dime), welfare,food stamps, the VOTE, and where will their loyalties be, who will benefit? To me, that's the same as Iran fixing an election!! That would be buying votes, the same as Oprah did, prior to the election.

I beg of you to consider this proposal of a patriotic American who believes that this is the best country to live in despite all our faults.

My suggestion is that the AMA get together with all other medical groups, such as: Hospital associations, insurance providers, Pharmaceutical Companies, and the rest in the business health care and providing benefits and assist the government in a plan to lower cost, and provide health care to all.

I believe this would be in your best interest. My thought is you will soon be working for the government and your profits will be reduced more than would than if you design an acceptable, reasonable, and cost effective plan that you, the government and the people of this great nation can live with

One idea would be to help small businesses to provide affordable benefits to their employees. Maybe a national association that would allow small busyness’s to then be a group as big companies are now.

I know that a lot of the expenses for the high cost of medications are for research. If we come up with a way to cut these cost and help lower the total cost to individuals then maybe we can lobby for grants and subsidies from the government to help with the cost of research. With the lower cost to individuals, and affordable health care for the masses I truly believe there will be more donations from the people and business’s to help these cost remain affordable to big business, small businesses, and the individual.

Just cutting the fat, and I’m sure you can find some throughout the industry; I believe we can keep the government out of the system and things will be better for all.

Please don’t start with cutting jobs, that’s something we don’t need. You may be though to make payroll cuts and agreements with union to help with the overall changes. If we can lower cost, maintain present levels of personnel, sell this plan to the government and the people, we may keep the government from taking over you business as they are in the auto industry. I pray that you give this proposal and at least discuss it within the industry and see if you can help save our country.

Well I know everybody wants out of Iran and Afghanistan and nobody wants to start another war, but we have, what I perceive is a serious problem, an idiot in North Korea threatening our very being. We need to slap this, Kim Jong Il, upside the head, shove our finger in his face and tell him straight out, “SHUT YOUR FACE, BACK OFF WITH THE THREATS”.

I believe that as secretly as possible we should arm Japan with nuclear weapons and subs with nuclear rockets, this just to keep China in check, then we tell Kim Jong Il, stand down, get rid of your nuclear weapons, or we will take you out. Tell China, you had a chance to intervene and didn’t, so stay out of it now, sit back and watch.

Now the hardest part of all this is being able to do anything secretly. For the sake of a story, being first to report, without regards to our loyal and faithful service men and women, our liberal media advertise our every movement. Badgering Military leaders for info that they don’t need. Using leaked material to scoop their competitors. As far as I am concerned, anybody using information about our military operations, without consent from the military leaders that affected, are traitors and should be treated as such. This is the same as selling top-secret information to foreign countries and being branded a spy. Both are done purely for personal gain, with total indifference to any consequences of their actions!

HEALTH CARE

Let’s talk health care.
I do not think nationalizing health care is the way to go, my opinion, but I haven’t heard anything good coming out of the countries that have it now. I have heard people from Canada and England say nothing good about. I do have a good friend that said he works with someone from Australia that says they like what they have down under. I have heard Canadians say that they come across the border into the United States to get treatments they are not allowed in Canada and they speak about long lines, long time to get appointments, and once you get to a certain age you are no longer worth the trouble or expense to treat or medicate.

I still haven’t seen or heard anyone tell me that the nationalized / socialized health care will apply to one and all, rich, poor, “important”, “famous”, and all government officials and employees. Of course they have money to hire private health care people, ah, wait a minute, I forgot about sharing the wealth, duh, by the time all the rich and famous and the politicians share theirs with me,I should get a BIG raise, but after the increase in taxes my take home will probably be less.

PETA

Well, I am not a fan of our President but, PETA has taken the spotlight off him for the moment. He swatted a fly, how many of us haven't, including members of PETA?What's next,we ban the sale of fly swatters and boycott the manufacturers? What about fly strips, raid,and other sprays?

I believe we have a lot more to worry about with this administration than the swatting of flies.

He is swatting down your RIGHTS, FREEDOMS, AND SELLING OUR COUNTRY TO THE MIDDLE EAST. His intentions,I believe, are not to save our country but to get us so deep in debt that we can't get out and then the big oil producers (Saudi Arabia and others)will buy it up from China and others that need this oil. (that will probably be held for ransom until they sell their American interest to them).

Then they WILL destroy America. (or try) If it gets that far I'm sure there will be a fight and we will win. There are some ideas we might want to keep in place. Let the liberal media and cohorts in congress go ahead and share their wealth with the rest of us.

I wonder what it will take for the American people, including our liberal media and Hollywood types,who believe they will be immune from the consequences, to wake up and smell the roses. We need some one to take a stand and fight for our rights and our freedom. Keep the pressure on "Fox News Network" seems you are the only ones speaking our for the interest of all the people.

This is probably the best e-mail I've seen in a long, long time. The following has been attributed to State Representative Mitchell Kaye from GA. This guy should run for President one day...

ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.


ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone -- not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be.


ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy


ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes . (This one is my pet peeve...get an education and go to work....don't expect everyone else to take care of you!)


ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but fro m the looks of public housing, we're just not interested in public health care.


ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.


ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you still won't have the right to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.


ARTICLE VIII: You do not have the right to a job. All of us sure want you to have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful. (AMEN!) <>

ARTICLE IX: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.


ARTICLE X: This is an English speaki ng country. We don't care where you are from, English is our language. Learn it or go back to wherever you came from! (Lastly....)


ARTICLE XI: You do not have the right to change our country's history or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one true God. And yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or no faith at all; with no fear of persecution. The phrase IN GOD WE TRUST is part of our heritage and history, and if you are uncomfortable with it, TOUGH!

Well let’s see if I have this right. President Barack Hussein Obama (Our “Spender in Chief”) wants to tell us what kind of car to drive, consume less gas products, so we can do our part to make our country green, and help the country’s economy recover.
Well I have always that if you want to be “in charge”, and have your subordinates do what you to believe is best; you show them what and how to do it by example.
Let’s start by chipping in and buying several “SMART” cars for the white house. Then the Press, Vice Pres, Pelosi, and Clinton can car pool. Now we have saved major bucks right there. Now that we have them all together we can cut back on the number of secret Service personnel it takes to protect them each day. (Somebody add up the bucks for me, I’m on a roll) Now the agents can all ride 3 wheel motor cycles, (that way if they have to use their gun they won’t fall over. Fewer agents and less gas consumed. No more helicopters leave early, drive, big savings there!

How about video conferencing, no more flying all over the world, lot of savings there,a little and we will bring that deficit down.

Congressmen should all vote themselves a pay cut, just to equalize things, lead again by example, accept the same health care they want for the rest of us. The same should apply to all state, county, city, and all other elected officials through our Country.

They would also have to stand in the same lines, as the rest of us, that will be created with socialized medicine as in UK, Canada, and other Countries, and when they money runs out, (I have heard that as much as 2 months before the end of the year) they don’t go to the head of the line no matter who they are or how important they feel that they are.

All our elder statesmen should be making arrangements for an early demise, because with “SOCIALIZED” medicine, after a certain age you are not worth the expense of treatment. No matter how much money you have, (especially wealthy liberal members of the media and liberal Hollywood types) get in line, no jumping ahead because you have more money,(which might not be the case once you share all yours with me and the rest of the country), it’s what you’re asking for the rest of us, you so you should be in the same sinking ship as we are, and be willing participants.
No private doctors or health facilities, what's good for one is good for all.
Our Constitution says all men are created equal. Doesn't make exception for politician's or the rich and famous.

This is one of our biggest problems, the ones that pass the laws, or start these programs are not subject to them, they are better than us “COMMON FOLKS”, and deserve more, much more.

One of my biggest complaints is there are as many Viet Nam vets homeless as were lost in the war, many need medical help, both physical and mental, this is a disgrace. Now they want illegal immigrants to have the social security benefits that so many have worked so hard for.
For the most part, our elected officials are full of themselves, forgot who they are serving, working for, who’s paying for their life of crime, stealing our money and our freedoms.

BTW: We should all be proud of our heritage, our ethnic backgrounds, our “roots”, but remembering that we are “AMERICANS” first and foremost, then comes African American, Irish American, Native American, Jewish American, Polish American, you get the drift and can see where I am going with this. If you want to talk about brave and gallant warriors for America, that had to over “BIG” obstacles look at the brave “BLACK MEN” that had to fight just to get in the fight in WWII. They, at first, were given all the dirty jobs; KP, building latrines (that they could’t use, and to build their own, separate and apart) but finally where allowed into the fight, became NCOs, Officers, Pilots, and were a vital part of our victory in Europe. They did this proudly, as Americans fighting two wars, the Germans, and prejudice. Colon Powell needs to thank these people, they paved the way for him and others to become “All That They Could Be”, serving our great nation. We still had a long way to go back here in the good ole USofA, but we are getting there.

People like Rev. (I use that term loosely) Wright should shut up and go away; he is more of a detriment to the Black race than a help. “God Damn America” was totally inappropriate. For a supposed man of God, a leader of a flock, teaching the word, and guiding sinners to salvation, the words “God Damn” anything should never pass over his lips. He is an embarrassment to Christians of all denominations around the world. As Christians, we are obligated to forgive this man, but in no manner condone his irreverent and blasphemous words and teachings. All of us around the world should pray for God to forgive him and send someone to that congregation to pray for them and with them for Rev. Wright’s forgiveness from god.

AS AMERICANS, WE HAVE SAVED THE WORLD, MORE THAN ONCE. WE ARE NOT THE ARROGANT ONES.
THOSE WE LIBERATED, THROUGH THE EFFORTS AND BLOOD
SHED BY OUR MILITARY, ESPECIALLY IN WWII, ARE THE ARROGANT ONES, THE NERVE TO FORGET, THEN BADMOUTH US, IS APPALLING TO SAY THE LEAST.

Just a thought from a veteran that believes America is the best country ever, but we are headed down the path of destruction, our freedoms, our rights, for all Legal citizens, no matter the color of their skin or their religious believes are in jeopardy.

I, as an American, pledged my Allegiance to my flag, throughout my elementary and High school years. I pledged my allegiance, again, to my flag and my country when I entered the military. I have always felt myself to be a patriotic member of this country. I do not believe that President Barak Hussein (a name he wouldn’t use in the campaign but uses freely now) Obama has our best interest on his list of priorities.

I JUST WANT THE SAME RIGHTS THAT I FREELY GIVE

CAN'T LEGISLATE MORALITY

Well I have a need to vent:
People need to wise up, whether or not they are left, right, in the middle, border line, or fanatical. You cannot legislate morality. I am a Christian and believe in the trinity, I don't believe in abortion, gay rights, gay marriage and a lot of other things. I cannot condemn anyone for their beliefs. They have to answer for their own beliefs or non beliefs and I for my own beliefs. All of you Christian radicals need to remember, "Go ye therefore into all the world and preach the gospel" Not to brow beat non-believers, not to make their beliefs illegal, they have the same freedoms as we do. By the same token they should back off and give to us the freedoms we give to them. A lot of us have gone to war, some never returned, to allow these freedoms for all. If you want to be gay (I know, it's not a choice), lesbian, atheists, agnostic or subscribe to any of hundreds of different religions, fine. Just let me be and I'll let you be. There are many different Christian organizations, none of which I totally agree with, and I just don't think any of them are totally right. But one thing I believe that we all have right, is there is ONE God, no matter what name you have given him.
